and dont listen to Novus, apple products are crap. get yourself the google phone or the samsung thing (i forget what its called). plus it probably depends on what provider she has.

Apple -computers- are crap, Anthony. Along with the majority of their peripherals (such as their shtty headphones).
Other main Apple products are very high quality.
I've had zero issues with my iPad, neither of the two iPhones I've owned, and none of the probably half dozen iPods I've owned.
I really don't know what you're talking about.

Their problem is they all deal with apple, which means you have to go through the itunes store, and the itunes store is just a means to keep you in with apple because apple doesn't like to share. its a forced monopoly.

not to mention the countless times i've seen Iphones/pods/etc broken because of that absolutely stupid glass back design and that they roll one out every five months it feels like and people line up when there's not real change.

I just don't like apple in general, so that's probably part of it.

Try sitting on a couch and see if it went under the back cushions. And if you get a new phone I'd recommend the HTC One.
