Re: Yep, you'd be right. I only watch an anime from the beginning. The worst-fitting voice actor I've ever come across was Mello's in Death Note. I always envisioned his voice to be wilder, more aggressive, and more passionate--especially when his inferiority complex is showing. The voice they used for him was tepid, lukewarm awfulness. ;_; Mello wasn't really a big part in Death Note, so can't really remember his voice, unlike with Near/Light/Ryuuk/L/Mr. Yagami/Misa/and most others. |

Did you read the extra Volume 13? I can't believe Mello didn't become the next L because Tsugumi and Takeshi didn't meet up during the Mello/Near arc. - -' Sigh, such wasted results. Even though Mello wasn't a huge character, he's still one of my favorite characters. |

No, I only have volume 1 of the manga. I liked Near better, but he only solved the Kira case because he had all of L's info./data on the case. That's why he solved it so fast. G2g, later. |

The 13th one isn't part of the story, so you should get it. Pretty much the denouement of the series. Near is a racist. ;-; |

I know what the 13th volume is. It's a book with a summaries and bios of most of the characters and it has a short story at the end where a kid has a Death Note and uses an eraser to revive the people he killed. But I did buy Death Note the book. The one with B in it. |

Lol, I guess you could say that. Tsugumi stopped working on it because apparently the Eraser thing would create conflicts in the future. I'd like to see how that would've worked out, but the official Death Note is still amazing. *__* |

Hmm. Maybe you should get into Hetalia then! It's hilarious, and the episodes are only 5 minutes long. It basically parodizes the world countries and personifies them with stereotypes. |
