first you need to find a forum with a spot open the have at least 30 posts before you can apply. Theres a button that says "apply to be a moderater of this forum" and you click that and fill out the applction.

You may get the spot or you may not.

theres usally up to 4 mods to a forum but like I said you need to know the forum rules
