Hey where do you get the macho brace i never got it? and i never hade pkrs b4 i probly did and didnt notice it idk cuz one time in my emerald version my rayquaza wne tot lvl 91 and it gained +17 +12 Def +9 Sp.atk +10Sp.Def and + 7 SPD or does it always do that ? |

| Yea but it doesnt lower the growth of your speed you just lose 50% of your speed DURING BATTLE ONLY not the actuall growth of speed | |||||
