Rotom... I agree with bradthegamemaster. Rotom doesn't really have all the characteristics of a full legendary, but it's still classified as one because you can only catch one in the game. In simpiler terms- It has an Egg Group. Sort of like Heatran is has different characteristics. Heatran can be Male or Female, but cannot breed. Legendaries don't have genders, but Heatran does. (Like, I have a female Heatran) |
