| Go check and see idk if they can im just saying sice swampert somwhat high sp.stk it be a good atk for him and plus he gts STAB for ot sooo yeah and as for torchic uhhhh......flametrower for single heatwave for double(even thow heat waves power will be weakend when used in double battles) | |||||
