Okay..i found an artical from "Housekeeping Monthly" 13th May 1955
We will discuss things from this

A man works hard during the day, therefore its the womans job to ensure he always has a nice meal waiting for him when he arrives home from work. This means that you have been thinking about him all day and are concerned about his needs. Plan ahead if need be. *the night before is best*

Questions..who thinks that this is the job for all women?
Do todays men still expect this service?
Does this happen in your home?

Honestly I don't have a real job.
But it's nice to come home to a nice meal after working. My grandma has a farm...
And I find lesbians often do work like us... lol
And at home my mom brings home fast food.It's easier.
She works from 6:30 A.M. to 6 P.M. I got to school from 7 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
So it's easier on her... But there are times I cook for both of us... People I know find i'm a good cook, and they tell me when it's bad... but thats rare

I believe that this is a dated thing. Both women and men work and therefore should share the chores equally. This does not however mean that the woman respects the man any less, it just means that respect now goes both ways. It still seems that todays men still expect the woman to do the majority of everything then have he cheek to call us the weaker sex! I ask you..in the animal kingdom..which gender is the viscous one, the one that does the hunting the one that stings? The females

2. depending on which age men are you on about, usually the older men expect it, younger not so much.
3. yes it happens in my house on due to the fact my mum cant get a job since I have two autistic brothers, and she has to take care of them

I have been the one with a steady job for 5 years. My husband has recently gone back to work and works 6 hrs a day. He loves to cook. He has the food prepaired before he goes to work almost every day. On the weekends he will cook and on special occasions (Christmas) he does also. I do not think there is a problem with a man doing what a woman does. He also does laundry.

Even when I stayed home all day, he would take over the cooking when he got home.

My family was pretty much the same which is why i cant accept this 'women are here to serve men' rubbish. Tasks arent gender related as far as im concerned. DIY for example my mother has always done, my dad doesnt have the patience. My mother can build PCs my dad doesnt know how to use a mouse. So i dont see why some males still expect us to be little stepford wives

lol my dad is the same way , well basicly my mum knows almost the same amount of my dads skills
