Wha?! Do this: 1.Make a new Layer 2. Fill it with Black 3. Brush around with white (Use abstract brushes((can be downloaded at www.deviantart.com)) or the bash abstract brush set) 4. Make a new layer 5. Brush Around with Black 6. Repeat steps until you get desired BG. 7. To color, make a new layer 8. Paste multiple cpies all over the layer 9. Gaussian Blur it by 50. 10. Set to Overlay. 11. Duplicate it Tah- Dah, You've got a decent bg!  |
