Haha, I remember looking over my friend's shoulder a few years back, when he would always go on this site.

Hey Qwert, I got a question. Regarding ROMs... You said they were illegal and that I could get a huge fine if I used one, right? If I gave out a link to download a ROM without actually uploading the file myself, could I still get in trouble and would I be allowed to do that here?
People on YouTube were doing it, so I was wondering if it'd be okay here at SuperCheats.

You can't give out the link here or chat about it here, no. As for giving out links over the internet as far as the laws go, I'm pretty sure you could still be fined. People on Youtube constantly break laws, but that doesn't stop them because nothing much is done about it, other than the videos removal if seen my a youtube employee, which is unlikely. For example, every video you see with over 10% of any single copyrighted music track is illegal.
