apparently you don't know about CQC, it stands for Close Quarters Combat, and I happen to be a master of it. You see I could flip you and break your arm with one arm and a leg, I have almost lightning fast reflexes so if you were to attack me while I extended my arem that same arm would have attacked you and got you down.
