He stands, much larger than Garm.

Name: Praxis Xeradi (Pronunciation: Prack-sis Zera-dee) AKA - Rex
Bio: A man of 27 years old. After the assassination of the war general, the special operations unit he was in was shut down. He was put on the streets with none of the benefits he was promised, left to die. After turning against his people, he learned some secrets. He learned of Telsa. He learned that Telsa was the one that assassinated his war general. Now, he sets out to find Telsa. Not to kill him or capture him. But to befriend him. To learn from him. To join him in revenge.
Description: Caucasian. About six feet, two inches. Very strong and in-shape, due to his SpecOps training. He wears dark, worn out jeans with a plain black t-shirt. He has a dark grey sweatshirt for cold nights. His eyes are light brown. He has short, dark brown hair.
Weapons/Specialty: Very advanced in close-quarters combat, and quite proficient in sniping. Uses carbines, rifles, and submachine guns. Excellent with combat knives. High endurance and pain tolerance. Is doing personal research for more advanced weapons that may have special elemental powers.
Role/Reason: He wishes to meet and join forces with Telsa.

Tesla stands on the perimeter of the town and just watches.

"Hmph."

He turns to take off.

*he gets out of the water with nasty scars all over...he walks towards Telsa*

Mayor - "I don't know. I haven't found out yet."

*Rex goes down to the wreckage at the power plant and looks for employees*
