"Alright, it starts out simple enough. State your full name please."
Garm's ink dipped claw is waiting over the paper for the reply.

"Tatum lardshord Recquim the third"

After writing that down on the paper, Garm looks up for the next question.
"What is your career, age, and length of time in career thus far?"

"Traveling Mercarny, 25, and 13 years now"

Writing that down, Garm looks up for the next question.
"What were your parents jobs and names?"

I was told Solider and gardner

Writing those down, he looks up.
"Told?"

"As you know my parents were killed when I was still just a baby"

"I know, I just need to get it down in your own words."
Writing down the reply, Garm moves on to the next question.
"We have a few more to go. Combat skills or other specialties, please."

"An expert of the broad sword and a few other select weapons"

"Please name these select weapons, if you would feel so inclined."
Garm writes down the broadsword and waits to find out about whether or not he will learn of the other weapons.

*thinks of the other weapons* hmm the crossbow, the mace, and the naginata"

"Naginata? You've never mentioned that before."
Garm is a bit surprised by the specific weapon name rather than the type of weapon.

"oh yeah it kinda slipped my mind" *smiles*

"But yes an old crane taught me how to use one when I traveled out to the eastern sea"

"The eastern sea, huh?"
Garm scribbled it down as well.
"One more question, then I have to do a few more interviews before I'm off duty. Alright, well then...are you aware that you may be recruited into some of the most dangerous missions and battles rather than typical war work for a mercenary due to your reputation?"
He checks off Tatum's name on a list of other mercenaries.

"yes I am"

"Good. Now, I'll see you in an hour or so, okay?"
Garm waits for him to leave.
