Night picks up the pokeball and throws it as gently as he could, at Vince. A foot before reaching him it opens up and captures ((whatever it does exactly)) Vince. it then drops to the ground and both night and Charmander wait.

Lumina: Who are you? W-where are you?

"my name is Leon... and i'm just right outside your tree"

((thats for you to talk to him about, though that you flew in, as a new trainer no identification and just dropped in is prettymuch the same really. if you want to give a more realistic suggestion as to how he got here, be my guest really))

Ouch... nasty stuff. remember the miltank that came in with a bite like that.
oh, yeah... poor thing. she was dead by the end ot he night. really painful too.
and we dont have any anti venom.

Since he makes no resistance, it successfully captures him.

Sam makes it to Rte 312 and looks around for Pokemon.

Night picks up the pokeball and releases Vince again then miniturizes the pokeball and puts it in his jacket.

"Sorry bout that Vince, you okay?"

Charmander pats Vince on the head.

Vince makes a happy bug face and crawls up Night's leg and onto his head, securing his place as Night's hat. x3

((you said from a region outside the region. and like i said, you talk to him about it. if you can fly in on pokemon out of no where (cuse ive seen the pokemon you flew in on, and they're not exactly inconspiculous) but Im not going to tell him about what kinda ideas he should do, just like Im not going to tell you (well, except that its a fresh start so have pokemon appropriate to it, but i feel thats a given))).

*opens her buds, shpwing small spikes and puts them on him, pinching him slightly as she injects poison, counteracting the seviper poisoning. pulls them off and looks up, closing up her buds again* that will slwo it, but because hes not a budew, he'll still feel the effect and mine will eventually fade. he needs help.
*nods* she said we only bought you time, but you do need an anti venom. I dont know if the professor would have any off hand like that, or if we should go to rubia. I know it has a big hospital.

((i'm sorry but you're not gonna run across a whole region in less then a day... and my character never fly over any cities so no attention was drawn. plus he's been traveling for days to get to the region... you need to think about time and distance...))
