Well, as to the first, I escaped Barbary Pirates in one of their long boats. I dont quite know how long I had been adrift, but I chance to say it was over two weeks. time seems to get lost when you black out from hunger and heat.
*rubs the pommel of his sword and over the carved emerald*
As to the second... its a long story, perhaps one told fully later. Suffice to say, it is a story of love, war, loss, vengeance and above all else, death. My body bares the scars of war, and Ive been through a few on my journey on this planet. After said wars, I attempted and moderately succeeded in freeing some whow ere to be sold in the flesh trade by the Pirates. I was obviously less successful in my escape of them at first. *smiles* though when i did, i ensured the captain would never forget me. His half hand and one eye will always ensure that.
