I went although I didn't get much. I just like the adrenaline rush I get from it. I just got some DVDs and some socks...I may look for laptop on Cyber Monday though. Anyone know any good ones?

I did Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but all online. Saved big on all the gifts I got for family members. lol

Thrift stores are cool. I found an Apple Keyboard once for only a couple of bucks. Bought it. Still have it. Works perfectly to this day, even though it's connected to an HP. XD

My family is at a point where its we just get gift cards but were all,older now and dont really need new stuff. Though I agrre thrift store shopping is cool, especially for clothes.

For sure. Our gifts lean more toward sentimentality since everyone can get whatever they want. Though with the earthquake, people are joking about needing new dishes lol

I live in Anchorage, but my family was lucky enough to have made it through relatively scratch free compared to others.

I just got one gift for each family member. I like to get gifts because I think they are more exciting than Gift Cards. I got my nephew one of those old Burger King Gold Plated Charizard Cards and the old Tiger Pokedex Toy. Great condition for both, especially considering they are both 20 years old. For my aunt and her boyfriend, I got them onesie footy pajamas (Pittsburgh Steelers for my Aunt, Green Bay Packers for her boytoy). XD
