Rill flinches but doesn't release Rebecca. "I won't let you die down here." Drags her out of the Underworld and into the open terrain. Closes the entrance again. "Now, Rebecca, I will give for you what I will be your salvation." He tears the necklace off of her, and tears her heart out. He then tears out his and replaces it in Rebecca. It takes and starts to heal, purifing her.
