NOt to offend, but I don't think you used half the words in that sentence write. Sorry, but I just came from English club and grammatically incorrect word usage is a joke we have. OKay then. So, you are ready to lay everything down, and defend a person who you don't know? A person who could stab you inthe back?(Its happened before, figuratively.))

It desn't have to be. Save it for someone important. when you pledge a sword, it means you shall protect a person always, and stand beside them. Your firendship s enough proof you shall do that.
