*Garm grabs Kriskoff*
G: Where? Where is he?
*Garm begins to walks Kriskoff off, away from the building*

Kriskoff stops Garm and opens his mouth.

There was no tongue, just a neat slice and light sear.

Ronnie stretched.

"Well, if your not going to do anything, I might as well just place a nice guard on you."

Ronnie makes a call.

"You have five minutes before military forces arrive. I suggest leaving."

*Garm sighes, judging this means Tesla probably has the entire city set to explode and this is a measure to prevent Garm from finding out how to stop it, and from finding out what they talked about.*
G: I'll get you to safety sir, don't worry.
*Garm opens a tunnel in the ground and jumps down it, pulling Kriskoff with him, and sealing it behind them*

The Power dropped and the usual panic set in. Though the explosions were more specific. The Power Building, the government offices, politicians homes, and the any law enforcement buildings.

Let the anarchy set in.

Tesla watched the small fireworks.

"See, I'm not all bad. I just like the ensuing chaos." He said to no one in particular.

*after the Explosions take place, Justin takes a Defensive stance*

Ronnie looked towards the direction of the sound.

"No Power...let me guest. The wild child is here."

The Military forces arrive.

"But it appears it's too late for you. Take Him."

A lighting flash, a BOOM. Two tanks just went out. A small electrical storm destroyed the rest.

"No, it appears it's a little late for you. But I think we should move this venue a little ways out unless we want Garm here."

"Too late for that."
*Garm is standing behind Ronnie, having dropped Kriskoff with a mobile medic patrol team just after the explosions took place*
"Why bother moving, when killing you is just as easy here?"
*Garm's eyes seem to be glowing with a brownish light*

Ronnie cracks his knuckles.

"Well well, earth and wind."
"And fire and electricity"

"Neither very lovely combinations," his eyes narrowed "but plenty enough to kill you."

The seemingly windless plain picked up immensely, a slight dust storm forming.

Tesla pulls down his googles.

"Let's tango"

"Do you think he's ready?"
"We'll never know unless he's tested now do we?" thet cackle.

"Go our pet."

*justin still awaits for the first strike to be made on him*

*Ragnarok gets up and looks around at the scientists, then begins to smile*

*a small rock hits justin's head from above, almost like it fell off of something*

*Garm has made huge rock formations that are helping to whipe the winds around at higher speeds, while he sits comfortably under a lightning rod, a full face, plastic gas mask on that he had stolen from one of the paramedics rushing into the city earlier*

((Ragnarok is now the....well...It's a small surprise. Get him to the battle site about midway through this fight.))

Tesla smiled. He pulled out magnetized spikes and shot them into the rocks Garm was controlling. He shot up lighting and used the rods to push the rocks together to destroy them. The resulting dust and small pieces now being infused with metal gave Tesla some control over them. He dashed at Garm.

((Can he kill the scientists first? Pleeeeeease....))
*Ragnarok stands there, then same evil smile on his face*

*Garm has a scythe made of bedrock in his hands, jumping at Tesla from beneath the ground and to the right, revealing the shape that looked like Garm to be a rock duplicate*

((No. Not yet. I'm kinda basing him of the BA villain from Rogue Galaxy))

Tesla fires of a massive lighting blast, moving him out of the way and giving Garm trouble.

*Justin shoots 2 balls of fire one directly at garm and another way off in the distance*

*Something blocks the fireball shot off into the distance*

*Garm slams the scythe into the ground, then steps away from it, letting the handle's lightningrod shape attratch the blast, but when Garm goes to grab it, he gets a bit of a shock and is knocked back a foot or two*
G: What...?

Tesla takes the oppurtunity to form lighting whips and goes after Garm.

Ronnie drops in behind Justin.

"You know you should really pay attention to both sides of the fight. Wind Scythe!"

A massive burst of concentrated wind creates a sharp blast across Justins back.

*A sihlouette of a man walking slowly towards them through the sandstorm Garm inadvertently strengthened by raising the curved rock walls that had formed the initial wind tunnel*

*Garm disappears into the dirt, delving back down to pick up more bedrock to form into deadly weapons*

((A little slower. Not ready for him yet.))

Tesla brings out something he stole from the last city. To small disk, barely four inches wide. He activated them and the clasped around his hands.

"Mini twister and a Mine soundwaves. One of the militaries more creative ideas."

He charged the twister and used it clear the dust to make it easier for to spot Garm. He used the soundwaves to send a flurry of shockwaves at him.

*Garm makes a huge spear of bedrock fly out of the ground behind tesla, but not before encasing himself in a cube of the stuff, with walls 6 feet thick*
*He is resting, panting, gathering his strength*

*The figure stops, and simply stands out of sight, watching them all fight to the death.

Tesla throws out a contraption. "See, I knew I'd probably be fighting you soon. So I've been dying to test out this baby. It's creates, small, localized earth quakes. Let's set it for a 7.5."

The machine sent massive shockwaves into the ground, shaking it to bits. It didn't destroy the structure, but it definitly weakened it.

"My handiwork isnt' half bad." Tesla shot sever bolts into the sky, then sent a negative charge to Garm's structure.

"I'd move out if I were you."
