The T&C and Forums both apply to the Forum Rules, but the T&C are more relaxed than the forums. The Forums still comply to the Forum Rules to 100% of the time.

Not exactly. Depending on the team's rules thing. It doesn't matter. People can do the *Action* thing around here and not get in trouble. Still no posting in all capitals, flaming, flame-baiting, or extending the page is in effect. At least that's what I know of.

Very good question. It when one post takes up alot of space if you don't use the Space key. Which is classified as page extending.
