Derek-" Ben, yes. Daughter? Maybe. One life for the millions ruined by demons sounds like a fair trade."
*He puts the mask back on and grabs the area where Melody was stabbed in the gut while pregnant years ago. Giving it a good squeez, he twists it to pain her.*
Derek-" Tell me or you get taken away to Angela's room. She won't play nice either."

Melody: Not a chance. Anyone whos so cold as to want to kill their own child is evil. ((Night.))

Ben sighs as they land on the ledge of a nearby canyon.
Ben-"Hopefully they won't be able to track us here..."

*Stardust lays on the ground looking ready to pass out.*

Ben solutes her, waiting for her to black out.
Ben-"God speed birdy lady."

*Derek pulls the sword out and tosses Melody to the army.*
Derek-" Take her back to Angela's room. I'm going after the gem myself."

*Stardust looks at Ben confused.*

*As soon as Melody lands on the ground she sweeps kicks them before jumping up over the remaining ones.*

Ben-"Nothing, we need to get back to the cave..."
He lays down for her to perch herself on his head.

*Chirping happily she hops onto his head and nestles down into his fur.*

Stardust: Think Weasel lady is okay? *She chirps.*

Ben-"Well last I saw she was pinned to a tree...but she knows how to handle herself..."
He hops up and starts trotting back the way they came.

Stardust: Who were those Pokemon do you know? *She chirps confused.*

Ben shakes his head
Ben-"Beats me, I couldn't recognize any scents..."

*As soon as Melody leaps up, Derek cocks his fist back and punches Melody square in the side of her head to knock her out. Seems he really wants her in Angela's room for something later. After he's sure she's down, he turns off to follow after Angela in search of the kids.*

Stardust: I don't like them. *She chirps.*

*A voice rings out behind Derek.*

???: I thought I sensed something amiss.

Ben="Me neither, they did just try and kill us...oh well, back to the cave with us-"
He starts running at this point, wanting to get back for a soda...oh and for the gem as well.

*Derek keeps walking, trying to ignore the voice and just do his job for the time being. He eventually catches up to Angela.*
Derek-" Any luck?"

Angela: None so far sir.

Stardust: Shouldn't we be going far away from the cave? *She chirps.*

*Derek grabs Angela's paw and puts two voodoo dolls in it - One shaped like Stardust, another shaped like Ben. There's only one difference - It's their childhood forms.*
Derek-" Use that to slow them down. They shouldn't be hard to sniff out."

*Angela looks at the doll puzzled.*

Angela: Sir, if I may ask, how will these dolls show them down?

*Derek reaches down and grabs both of the dolls in different places with both hands. With his right hand, he twists Stardust's leg out at an odd angle to give her cramps. With his left, he grabs Ben's ear and twists it all the way around to make his whole head hurt.*
Derek-" Twist and bend. And I know they work. I use your doll to.... nevermind."
*He stands up straight and starts walking.*
