please don't use the word thing. I hate seeing that.
The rule on 3 or more words is relaxed in teams.
However it is enforced in my team or where a team wants it.
Just don't do it alot. less than 3 words.

Think of a way to put 3 words in it. like, instead of saying, "Ok, fine.", say "Ok, that's fine." Or sumthing like that.

Then, don't put (Word). You can do what some people do. For example, um, some one uses this one:

that is very hard to do on a psp but ok, thanx will. btw, i can finaly make a new logo for each character every two weeks. who should be first?
