No, I'm hand sketching then going over with sharpie then taking a picture then copy-pasting then coloring in with Paint Shop Pro.

Alright i would like a sig of a charmander on the left lower side with only its head in view. And it is breathing flames up across to the top right side. With both the top left side and bottom right open with a starry background and in the Flames the word, "We Talk You Listen"

If you can do that it would be great.
