I never eat until I'm full. I always run on 3/4 of a full stomach. Less like ly to get cramps that way.

Yeah, I think they just do that. I always have a two cups of milk in the morning. Then there's the school lunch cartons of them.

You broke your head open, ouch. I just broke my first joint in my middle finger on my left hand. Pushed the cap back ontop of another bone and broke the top tendent.
