cant do nuttin i cant access my desktop or any of my files like if i can figure a way to get my parents pics off i ran reoot unless u can tell me how to reboot the comp to a previous date maybe b4 i got the virus?

u mean by pushin the windos key? nope i cant i log in and all i got is a black screen nothin else ive heard i can reboot the comp to a date b4 the virus and itll get rid of any files after the chosen date?

idk like ive talked to a buncha people and most say to restore the comp to a previous date on the comp and it resets ur computer to that time or sumthin like that so files after that date go bye bye

It won't do anything to your documents, or at least it shouldn't. If it does you can reverse the process.

How are you posting now? Is this happening on the computer you're on? Cause I don't know if you can without getting to the start menu.

well right now im at my uncles so im on and im also borrowin a laptop from my school so i can b on but like all i can rlly do on my other comp is get on the internet cuz like a thing pops up sayin it cant work so i push check for online solution and i can get online but like idk i need to get the files from that comp b4 i can reboot it cuz my parents rlly want those pictures they took

it starts up like normal but when i log in all i get is a black screen wit nothin at all like my files r on it i jus cant access them but yah all i has is a black screen then this thing pop up sayin a program dont work and if i push check for solution online i can get online thats it

well its usually mcaffe security idk wats up all i kno is i need to at least get those pics then i can wipe the thing and reboot it

When you start it up, hook a Flash drive (Get a cheap one from wal-mart or something in case it might corrupt it) in to the computer and if Auto-Play pops up click 'view files' or whatever and copy the pictures and/or whatever else you want to it and back up through the document window to 'Computer' and Right click wherever the Flash drive is and click eject then remove it and see if it will put them on another computer if not, IDK what else to do.

well like ive put it in b4 but i dun think auto play ever popped up i hav a 16gb which shuld b enough so ill give it another shot
