You can't. T&C mods are chosen very rarely, and when they are it's done in staff and only current mods are eligible. Basically, you've got to be very skilled and experienced as a moderator. It takes quite a while for most people.

Yep...welcome back Angel, for the record, staff won't beleive your story for a second, we've had lots of experience with people under new identities, but your not breaking any rules long as you don't also post with the IA account.
