You know I tried to download gimp but it never worked for my computer. Anyway, you just go to gimp.org and find the place to download it.

Well, its nothing much, but you can copy and past pictures from the internet, then go to picture tools to dress them up like adding a boarder or puting clip art, shapes, word art, or text boxes. But still nothing as fancy as gimp.
