What about a trap card: "If a monster attacks you dirctly, you can activat this card it will only last for two of your oopents turn." Mainly it'll just stop one of your oppents monster for two of his/her turn.

if its attk is over 3000 same wit def it usually is a 9 star or higher cept some cases where a lak of def compinsates for the attk ex: Beserk Dragon sam goes for low attk high def

How about a continuous spell that once per turn you can send one card from your hand to your deck to special summon one monster from your hand

that seems a lil overpowered less u put a limiter like a 6 star or lower monster lol

ok what about Ancient Gear Golem its atk and Def is 3000 and lvl is 8
and Arkana Force XXI - The World has 3100 atk and def and it's lvl is 8
