and it would help to know the basic idea of your deck. like, make you lead card first, and then build around. thats waht I do atleast.

effect:
Dragon Rider: Light Knight+ Dragon Rider: Dark Knight+ One or More DRAGON or WARRIOR Type Monsters.
This card can only be summoned if "Dragon Rider's City" is on the feild. This card's origanal Atk and Def Points are 800 x the number of Monsters used to Summon this Card. This card gains 200 Atk Points for every Monster in your opponent's Gravyard. Once Per-Turn you can remove from play one monster in your Gravyard with "Dragon Rider" in it's card name for this card's for this Card to gain 500 Atk Points and the Removed from Play Monster's Effect(s) untill the End-Phase.

I think you need one more limiting effect on it, but oka.

well, I would orgainze it around drgaons, warriors, and maybe some sepllcasters to destroy spell/trap, and effect monsters. most will have to be strong heavy hitters and your traps and spells should reflect that. throw in a defenseive monster or two (or a few more) and you should hav ea good deck to support your idea.

ok then well i wanna focus on the extra deck first (witch apart from the monster i showed you) are all synchros with specific monsters needed for synchro summon and all the "rider" monsters are tuners

oka then. I dind;t do an extra deck, cause they can only be 15 cards, and i made my deck 40. I just focused on my booster pack after it

oka then. well, nto sure if i can help. I kinda just go with flow of the moment. I don;t know about making cards unless they;re for a deck i"m making. cause then I know what card will be its opposite, its helper, and its key target.
