"Well, I confronted him about it. I told him he was insane and had no cause to do that. He told me that girl needed to pay because she had hurt him. I punched him in the face for his stupid reason and knocked him tothe ground. we got into a fight and I won. It was only because the moon was new, so I had all the strength of a "pure blood" vampire. He told me I would pay for that, and vowwed hatred against half bloods." Rafel sighed at this point. "He hasn't let it go. I shouldn't have said that to him, but he had no right to what he did."

well we better head to the next town

"Probably quickly, too. Let's see if he meet up with Rebecca as well."

"If he did, she's dead now." Rafael set off and kept ahead of the group, deep in thought.

*The group followed along behind Rafael*

"One question I've been meaning to ask you, Casem. How did your leg heal so quickly?"

*at the speed of light, runs to the next town

"And, he avoided answering it..." *said Seth, looking at the dust trail Casem left.*

I don't think hes going to tell us

Rafael fell back with Seth and Luna. "Its not our concern. If he wishes to tell us, he will. We shouldn't pry." He looked at Luna. "By the way, how are you? YOu okay after Charles grabbed you?"

Don't worry I'm fine

"Just making sure. So, are you guys going to stay and fight he next time he happens to attack? Or are you ging o listen and run?"

I'm not going to run

*5 miles away*

huff..puff..huff..

"Neither am I. I wasn't much help that last time, but I'll feed that blasted maniac to something if it's the last thing I do."

"Alright, but he's going to keep wanting to find out wat you are. After he finishes with me, He'll go after you." Rafael stopped nad carved an "R" into a tree and put his hand on it. It glowed faintly for a second and then returned to normal.

"What exactly is with the R's. Their glowing woke me up earlier. Do they warn you where he is or something?"

*jumps into a tree*

well come on lets hurry up

"Well, not just him. It warns if any vampire is near. It also prevents them from entering an area of thos "R"s make one. Last night, I made a square so he couldn't attack us as we slept." Rafael smiled. "ITs like our way of marking territory."
