You'll notice Qwert is no longer a staff member here. We had a big change up in the way things were done. Qwert was far too unbending, and was subsequently demoted, along with a lot of others. Myself included. I was more demoted because I spoke out against one of the Admins at the time xD

There's only a few of us staffers now.

Derek, Nikki and Will are the three non-root admins.
TestVirus101, Steelersrock01, Axionas and Ninetailed Fox are the Smods.
Myself, Craien, Penguinlord, Knockemout, Superbird2005, Warrior12 and I think I'm missing someone else are the Moderators here.

We had a big shake up on staff numbers & policies. We're trying to be a hell of a lot more lenient than we were even as little as a year ago. But we still structure in forums, or else it loses its purpose.

Hm, I've known this already :p

Also, I got promoted on a website/forum for speaking against an Admin, things are different :P

But that wont change me ^^ I'll never change my heart. just how smart i get and how stupid i act. hehe

I'll talk to the Admins, see what my 3 years of Forum setups, edits, and watch can do. I didn't Moderate, Administrate, and be a Manager on different websites for nothing. Too bad the users ran out of money to host them. including my own for server for minecraft. hehe

If you want to be a mod here mate, prove you're right for the job first, dont go badgering Upper Staff. As it stands, we're fairly sorted for staff too.

Plus, think on other regular members here & how they could b deserving of the spot, only for you to come back and try and take it from them. That wont help you in the slightest :P

Just cruise along, post, do all that jazz & see where it goes from there. If in a couple of months or whatever, you seem like you can handle it, I'll put a word in for you.
