it does, Pulmonic costs 5, Winged costs 1 i think.

Sliver Overlord is still probably the best of them, because you can tap 3 lands to either Get a Sliver from your deck and add it to your hand, or take control of your opponents Sliver should they have one

no, she counts as a Sliver, and i can tap 2 lands to summon another Sliver Token, which is 1/1, and also counts as a Sliver

still, i'm broke which means i can't get it (my mom really needs to pay my grandmother back)

a massive army, then combine with my Overlord to fish Slivers out of my deck, and Sliver Legion, which gives all Slivers a +1/+1 boost for every other Sliver in play.

yep, and if i don't have the Queen or Legion at the moment, i can use Overlord's effect to get them in my hand. So, in essence, 3 the Sliver Leaders work perfectly with one another
