Why make a close teams button? if you close a team (or delete) then that just means you might make a new team.

person: Ahhhh no one posts in my team its got no posts. i think i will just close and delete this team and make a new one and see if it goes better than this. *closes team*

i think when you go to make a team it should ask if you are making this by yourself and you hit yes or no if you hit no then type in the names of the other people that are making the team with you so that all the owners of the team will appear up in the owners rank.
