me and Derek played a joke on the mods that i hacked and got mod and posted a lot in mods forum, and sphynxx and steelers wanted me banned.

Sphynxx didnt like being the butt of the joke.

and thats what you get for being rock hard cold. its better to a mod whom doesn't jump to action.

How do you think I'm so knowledgable? I've been mod on a lot of places.

1) We wanted you banned on the priviso you accessed staff when you shouldn't have. That's the logical move.
2) It was barely a "joke" If you find that funny, then that's pretty sad.
3) I don't jump to action, everything I do in the capacity of a Mod is weighed up, and done logically. Derek knows this better than anyone, given he's come to me several times for advice on what to do.
4) You talk as if you're some great, knowledgable and awesome person, when tbh, anyone can be a Mod here, it's common sense. It's nothing special.

Oh, btw, I don't need to "report" you - I'll just give you a warning for Flame Baiting a Moderator.

So condsider this warning #1.

You have the right of reply to this warning, and if you choose to appeal that, Take it up with an Admin, and I'd suggest taking it up with either Nikki or Will, since Derek can't do anything unbiased. However, I am banning you from my team, for whatever tiny good that will, simply because 1) I don't like your attitude and 2) I don't need, nor want to have any part of the pathetic little "jokes" you & Derek believe are so funny.

Sorry sphynxx, but you can't warn here. You're not a Teams Mod.

However, you are right. Arc shouldn't have posted that, and does deserve a warning. And watch who you're calling bias. Contextual defamation like that could knock you back to Member status.
