Well, I pre pick the pokemon I use. He's an example. There'sa trainer with five Bidoofs on thier team. YOu can rebattle them. Each is worth one point. I go, beat tehm, and mark five points for health. Then, I go and beat a six starly. That's six for speed. Just make a table and it should be easier.
