I also think that you should be able to invite people to your sometime "advertiseing" doesnt cut it

That's what the featured team is, it's basically sponsoring your team at random for people to see.

The PMing system has been talked about it still being talked about.

doodles, cant you leave it there for historic evedence? what about the leader able to be changed? like the leader can choose who the new one would be or it could it could be a vote.

No as that's also going to cause problems. If the leader chooses the wrong person to put in charge, the temp. leader will destroy the team from the inside.

T&C mods can watch a team if the team leader isn't there. In other words, this idea isn't needed.

I think you should be able to delete teams that are either not being used anymore or if the leader just doesn't want anymore. That way it would clear up alot of dead teams around here.

We've taken this into consideration. We haven't reached a decision yet. Mostly due to the admins working on the main site, once they get this stable there, they'll focus here.
