they have the list for the top teams i think there should be a list for the top ranked teams somewhere

It's to add some fun to teams.

do they have unquestionable power?

they should have some kind of power liking deleting posts or something like that

That would cause a lot of problems on teams, especially with team leaders. Think of your ideas pros and cons before you suggest them guys because a lot of these are really ridiculous and aren't going to happen.

well what about a poll on top of the team
and the leaders can make it
like "what do you think of the team?"
or "pizza or spegetti?"
or "linkin park or ACDC?"
or something else

See, that's a pretty good idea. It'll add some fun to the T&C.

I think there should be an update for the T&C mods. Some of these mods have left and some are now Supermods. I think there should be a complete revision. Of course, TP, DOS, and other really active mods would stay. But people like bgfl and mr 619 are never on anymore and Randy is a Supermod now.

Only the Admins can decide that.

i still think that the one up from members should have some kind of power.

So what happens whan you promote someone. The promotion given gives them the power to Delete posts/thread/Close Threads and Ban people from the team. The person promoted decides he/she doesn't like you, so he bans you, closes and deletes all your topics of your team.

If the member wants team powers, then he can make his own team.

oh, well i dont think you should be able to delete posts, because you know then people looking back on it, which is basiclly what happens to all of this chatting informatiom, wont be able to see the full things said.

That's why it's a bad idea to give promoted members powers. The only ones that should have powers in the team is teh team's leader and the T&C mods and Smods that lurk around.

I'd like to see club awards being given out more. I haven't seen a single team with a club award yet! Is that thing there for no reason?!?

Don't worry about the CLub Awards. Leave it be. Those are coming later on.

Yeah, come to think of it, I haven't seen any awards. DOS, you are basically the #1 T&C mod in my eyes, honestly, there are not many other active T&C mods.

Speedt is here and many of us just lurk as there's not a lot of problems nowadays. he team leaders are taking better care of their teams.

Couild someone please do something about the awards problem?
