Okay. Also, I finally got a Pichu with Volt Tackle, and the best part is, I'm Ev training it!!! The first pokemon I've ever Ev Trained!!! xD

its going to be a strong Pikachu. I say that, because that's waht I would do. Raichus are nice, but I think pikachus are better. it can use teh light orb. raichu can't.

Thats why I'm not evolving it into a Raichu. xD

I'm also thinking about giving it the moves Volt Tackle, Thunder Wave, Swift, and Grass Knot, and make its Evs 6Hp, 252 Sp.Atk, 252 Speed, and have it hold the Light Ball, for double the power.

Why thunder wave? I mean, i see teh advantage to it, but thunder wave? I mean, you may want thunder bolt, or something. Pickachus aren't known for great HP, and volt tackle hurts you. you may want a back up electric attack.
