Do you know if PNG's will load on a 3DS, Glai?

oh that sucks. well.. um... I like the idea of twelve city/towns based off the 12 birthstones, so maybe if you can think of some cave names, or theres a desert so some ruin names, that are based of gems (like malachite, something i really awnt to use as a forest name).

and no I've been kinda busy. Im gonna print it tonight and work on it tomorrow during classes, cause I have to do some homework later with some friends.

but basically all we need is some forest, mountain, a desert, cave, a plain, and some lake names. cause im thinking those islands can be special things.

and if you awnt to make any notable land marks, like an old labratory like the P2 one in black/white (glai knows what Im talking about) or like maybe something like the abandoned mansion but is just sitting out.

also im debating if we need a team rocket type group or not.

Alright. So. The region's name will be based on the word 'gemstone'.
The twelve towns will be based on the twelve birthstones.

Then some caves, a desert, forests, mountains, plains, lakes - all based on some other types of gems.
And the islands - you'll handle those?

Then landmarks... would Mt. Pyre be an example? From Ruby/Sapphire.

I wouldn't say a Rocket group is necessary. I mean... if we get enough people, sure, why not. But really... they didn't do much for the series, other than some comedic humour. They were just kinda -there-. In my opinion, at least.
There will be enough conflict with Pokemon battles and between trainers, that an 'evil group' isn't completely necessary.

I was thinking Gemao for a region name, but thats just throwing at the dart board.

yeah, mt. pyre is a good example. um... like if theres any ruins (like the ruins of alph) cause I want to put one in the desert. any freestanding structures like the pokemon mansion from D/P.

Id like to have 3-4 caves at least. I'll probably use one of those three islands as the place for the league to take place. the others im not sure yet.

I was actually thinking... if I happen to get access to my drawing tablet (computer tablet, I mean) - I could kind of re-draw the map a bit.
No huge changes, of course. But there are a few things that I don't like a lot.
I'd prefer if the two peninsulas at the bottom of the map, for one, were a little further apart. Change the mountains around 'Cawanor' a bit.
And maybe add some things to the top of the map, where the picture ends.

I like the name 'Gemao' actually. I'm pronouncing it 'jeem-ow' or something like that, though. xD

I'll think of some names for everything - though I probably won't get many of my own landmarks. You'll do most of that work, I'm guessing. Me. Uncreative. As said before. :p

That sounds better thant he way I pronounce it, which i've been calling it gem - A - O with the last two letters each as a long vowel.

and if you awnt to and are able to. I literally googled fantasy world map and the site this was one was the first ting that came up, and it had other maps but i didnt think it had enough variety in them.

Well, if you're putting a stress on the 'a', it doesn't sound too bad. But a stress on 'gem' or on 'o' sounds really strange. haha.

And alright. I'll definitely do it, if I ever get my damn tablet back. :p

well, we're trying to go for a gemstone/birthstone naming theme really. srry about that.

The towns will only be based on birthstones. But other names, such as those of caves or forests, will be based on any type of stone.

I've currently loaned my tablet to a friend. I trust that he won't damage it, but I don't know how long he plans on keeping it.
I'm sure he'd let me get it back for a bit if I asked for it though. I'll have to ask about it in school tomorrow.

That would work. right not were going to have at least twelve towns (including the league battle place) each named after birthstone. we could have more, but right now we're going to names for forests, lakes, caves, a desert, etc. I know I want to use malachite or some variation (maybe malachi) for a forest.

well, Im going to og to get something to eat, then I'll be doing homeowrk, but I can check in every so often. um... I dont know, if you wanna reserve your spot in the rp or make your characters and then edit them, like Im going to, and I ugess glai is going to.
