In my opinion, that is no reason for you to just be able to go, "hey im a t&c mod and u should make this persun modz he/she deserves it he/she will do good." and everything is fine.

Become a Teams & Clans Moderator:

T&C moderators are chosen rarely, maybe 2 or 3 times a year. There are two ways of becoming one. Firstly, apply for the position in the staff forum when a topic is made by an admin for that purpose. This is the most common way. The second way is getting recommended by a current T&C mod, smod, or admin. You'll then be reviewed by staff before we make our decision. Know that a T&C spot is only given to experienced and highly skilled moderators, for a member to be given a T&C spot is extremely rare.

Can't argue with what Rich says. :P
