Well, since he did get deformed on the face. I'm guessing it vomited acid which destroyed his internal stff causing him to die.

It most likely stops at his stomach, since there is acid there. It mixes and he vomits it up.

Hitting his heart/lungs twice... yeah, that's a definite kill.

*Starts imagining a slasher cram one spike up Isaac's rear, and another down his throat, turning him into an Isaac on the cob*
...I got nothing. :3

I'm thirsty, yet I'm too lazy to go downstairs to go get something.

There should be a toilet near you Gabby. Do as the dogs do, drink the yellow water.

Do you KNOW how long it'll take me to walk all the way there?

Five seconds.

I would love to see something like go down his mouth. And throughout the game, you slowly loose Hp, untreated, it rips your heart out through his chest.

Mmmm, Fluffy's giving out some good ideas. They need to stop with the Isaac dismemberment and start with the Isaac disembowelment.

How about a vine/tentacle like monster that takes over his body and turns it into something similar to Uroburos in RE5?
