Whats this about a Summer Pokemon Tournament?

Because we're all bored teenagers with nothing else good to do, I figured I may as well try to do a Pokemon Tournament. Originally, I was planning this for Christmas as a holiday thing, but the idea kind of flopped when I forgot to mention it. The idea is to keep this tournament amongst close friends, but really, anyone is welcome. I want to keep this kind of small, though.
(Actually, I just got the idea to have PMDS Tournaments to be every six months.)


We still need to figure out how we'll arrange this thing, but I'd rather do it over Wi-Fi than on Shoddy.

Tier Used: OU
(Any participant who wants it otherwise, speak up)

Clauses:

Evasion Clause
Freeze Clause
Sleep Clause
Species Clause
Item Clause(except for Leftovers. Two Pokemon holding Leftovers is fine)
OU Clause(any Pokemon OU and below may enter. Ubers are prohibited.)


Again, anyone who wishes to participate and doesn't agree with the clauses and tier used should speak up.

I want to use OU since that's the kind I raise most.


Also, DO NOT USE HACKS WITH MOVES THEY WOULD NOT USUALLY LEARN.

No Salamence with Sacred Fire, Eevee with Signal Beam, etc., etc. It's fine if they were events, but otherwise, don't use 'em. Hacks lacking super-extraordinary stats are perfectly fine.

This means no Togekiss with 999 Sp.Def, Totodile with 690 Attack, etc.

I would also prefer if this tournament was done in Level 100 Single Battles.

Prizes
Winner: 3 Pokemon of winner's choice
Runner-Up: 1 Pokemon of choice
Consolation Prize: PMDS Event Pokemon or Event Pokemon(provided by Ninetailed Fox)

Ok, explain this to me, please:
Evasion Clause
Freeze Clause
Sleep Clause
Species Clause
I wanna make sure I understand these rules, plz&thx<3

Evasion Clause: No moves that raise Evasion
Freeze Clause: No two Pokemon on the same team may be frozen
Sleep Clause: No two Pokemon on the same team may be asleep
Species Clause: No two of the same Pokemon on the same team.

In my opinion, Evasion Clause can be beaten by -- Accuracy moves, kbaithx

I have event Pokemon in my shop we could use as a prize.

I never win at thse battles. I donderstand "Uber". It is it like a hacked pokemon or something?
