You post in forums a lot, find one that needs a Mod, and apply when an app thread is made by an Smod/Admin.

There are no Mods for threads in the forums. There are only Mods for individual forums. Like, I Mod the Pokemon Hub with Ninetailed Fox, coachcline, and rate_me.

If it's needed, then yes. Though, right now, we're trying to cut down on Mods seeing as the site activity is going downhill.

They are separate, in a way. You have to be a forum Mod first to gain experience. If you're thought to have enough to handle T&C, it's given to you after an app process. Only the best get T&C, really.
