Ah, that is a dificult battle.

My team was Hope, Vanille and Light as the leader.
Have these Pardigms up:
1st: Stat boost, healer, healer.
2nd: Attacker, magic user, and healer
3rd:Attacker, magic user magic user
4th:Magic Magic magic
5th: Healer healer healer
at the start, have Hope increase stats, as Vanille and Light heal. then switch to the 2nd and 3rd paradigms. He has almost no weakness and is immune to just aout everything.
When he uses the cannon, equip the tri healing to keep everyone healed. use the 2nd and 3rd to keep his stagger high and when he is stagger use the third, I had the lionheart so quickstagger really helped. Just keep it balance between the 2nd and 3rd paradigm. If you need phenix downs, the green thing outside of that battle drop perfume bottles worth a lot and get some good CP. I boosted Cp and such. Oh and Haste really helps too.
