i need some help with a jolteon that i am training and i think it needs a new movset well anyway he has a quiet nature and his movset right now is
thunder
thunderbolt
rain dance
last resort

i think you have to take out thunderbolt and put in thunder wave its a crppy move yeah but think of it rain dance,then use thunder wave foe may get paralized and cant attack somethimes use thunder and it will not miss beceuse you used rain dance,he he!what do you think?

No, just no. Here is a useful Joteon.
Nature: Timid
Item: Leftovers
Moves:
Baton Pass
Thunderbolt/Charge Beam
Hidden Power-Ice/Hidden Power-Grass
Substitute

or

Yawn
Thunderbolt
Substitute
Baton Pass

For the first set, use Charge Beam to try and get a Sp.Atk boost or set up substitute. The BP to a pokemon who can make use of the Sp.Atk boost or use the subtitute to provide cover so it can set up.

The second set works the same way. Use Yawn to make them fall asleep, then Sub, then BP. Jolteon doesn't have the defenses to stay in and be a pure Special Attacker. But it does have the Sp.Atk stats to be one, which is kinda dumb.

so, my brothers and i r really competitive when we battle each other. well, im the only one who ev trains and i want to show them it makes me most powerful, though, they use ubers, which really tick me off. i wanna destroy them once and for all so i was wondering, can u ev train ubers and non-uber legendaries?
