There should be three options for that, alphabetical, # of posts, and the order in which people joined.

I think the ratings on the homepage of T and C should be based on number of posts on the team not number of members

Why thank you. It just seems to me that people join a team because a bunch of people have but they stay because they are enjoyable. So most enjoyable should be first.

Issue 1:I don't have any moderation powers outside my team...

Issue 2: The top teams thing... Sumthin's gotta change... Tied with Dave in members an' he beats both me an' MV, while I have twice his posts... Gotta average it or somethin' 'cause just members = fail.

Edit: no longer a 3 way tie. No Davey has a couple more members. But still... A team can't seriously be judged by member count alone. >.> It's the content that should matter.

ooh, it should be optional to the team leader to give their team leader powers over to second in command.

so if the team leader is going away for a while, they should have to choise of choosing 1 or 2 people (that they know they can trust for sure) to take team leader power. So they can add members and delete unnecessary posts ect

yeh, so if a vip deleated an inappropriate post or something, then the team leader would have to authorise it or something
