I think it'll go like this.

Grass/Dark
Water/Fighting
Fire/Ghost

That would be an interesting mix. Fire/ghost would be tight.

We have one but having one as a starter would be awesome. In many ways it would make a lot of sense to.

I also think in the trailer that may of been a new ghost type move since it really makes sense thats the kind of attack you'd use on Kirlia.

Most people want it to be fore/psychic which would do mean if the frog is water/fighting then the fire type would have an advantage.

Oh, we can't have that. Fire cant have the advantage..

If they did a dual type like above youd have to make the fire fire/psychic. No true advantage between any of the three starters.

but yeah im hoping its not fire fight. I remmbere seeing a leaked image but it wasnt conrfirmed that showed the starters ere dual type.

Still I'm going by what I saw in the trailer. The attacks that were used targeted the foe's weakness. Water against fire, fire against grass, grass against water, dark against ghost, what appears to be fighting against normal, so why would Fennekin use a psychic attack on a psychic type? It didn't look like a bug move and the only other type that isn't used in the trailer thats strong against psychic types is ghost type.

I dont know. I'm ust saying, you shouldnt do that. the idea is the starters should be perfectly neutral to each other, and the way you suggested, it leaves an imbalance.
