Personally I thik the 2DS are wastes of money. If youre going to spend that much just save up for the 3DS. since you can just play without the 3D on and it still retains the classic button configuration and folding design.

What made you decide Y? I know i went with X just cuase I liked the deer more (something that initially seemed like a minority of people also agreed with). Though I am slightly disappointed the didnt do too much difference between games, like they did in Black and White. even if it is just all aesthetics it still made it seem like they were somewhat different games rather than just copy and paste with a few different pokemon.

Oh, and in case any one was wondering, I won the election for president. I have decided to follow and in King Bradley's footsteps and assigned my position the new title of Fuhrer King. And our vice pres is now commander. Dont think it will stick, but I've got a few people in the club to call me it and that makes me smile a little when they do.

Anthony: Much like you, I initially decided to go with Y because I liked Yveltal more. I later confirmed my decision with the release of Mega Mewtwo Y, Mega Charizard Y, and, of course, Mega Heracross. Even though I think Mega Heracross' design could be better, I still love Heracross in general. Did you want to know the Pokemon Team I decided on?

Any idea how they chose which pokemon to make mega's, and why mega isn't something that's permanent?

Seth: I'm pretty sure the creators decided which Pokemon randomly, or some of the more popular ones at least. I think they decided not to keep it permanant because the Mega Pokemon are pretty strong. Most of them reach the Uber Status. Mega Mewtwo X and Y are crazy strong. I'm mean seriously. They each have 790 Total Base Stats, that's 70 more than Arceus (who used to be the strongest based solely on based stats).

I'm betting they actually have it.

I bet they do.
