Those don't exist. They were fictional pokemon made by Pokemon Crater as just the rarest pokemon. There is only one dratini.

I saw ur question under the Diamond Questions; it had a bunch of pending answers XD Yeah i thought they were real, too, till i got the game and asked around. man.... pkmn Crater was pretty cool, i can't believe they shut it down (although it was kinda laggy)
