No it isn't. You can only get it through Platnium. I know a friend of mine named Tamir knows about this.

The pokemon ranger series is a burdon because it realy pretains to nothing and if i was a betting man i would asy that SoA and Battonage are mostly the same besides some storyline chagnes because nothing is realy ever translated to the letter.

hey well i got news on platinum itll be awesome i get gaming magazine on latest games. new rotom forms and then giratina and shaymin sky forme (form) and alot of cool stuff like the gyms are different
another 50 pokemon were added to sinnoh dex too.
