I'm going to organize the nominees in your first post. I'm going to put up both a total list, and a bracketed list of the 128 Pokemon. Each day, I'm going to work off your post. I'm going to post the winner, and you're going to mark the loser's names off of the total list, and list the winners of each round at the bottom of your first post. Once we get through all of the brackets, you should have 32 winners at the bottom of your post. I take those, randomize them, and put them into brackets of 4.

Nope. If we put it as 2 on 2, it would take 90 days, and that would interfere with the Member Brawl.

I have the full list in the voting thread, and put (X)'s by the names once they're out just as backup. Eli marks out the losers in the discussion thread where the bracketed list is held. He'll also have a WINNER's list that we didn't have last year at the bottom to make things easier.
